Event will take place on November 22nd from 1-4pm at the Chenango Forks Elementary School Cafeteria.

Raffle baskets and snacks will be available for purchase, which will all go towards the scholarship fund as well!

After completing the form, you will be auto-directed to PayPal for payment. (If you are paying with a gift card, please let us know in the “Special Requests” section and disregard PayPal payment.)

Due to the nature of projects being custom made by hand once a project form is completed, refunds are not provided. In the event you are unable to attend, or event is cancelled your project can be picked up as a Take & Make Kit at our studio located at 800 Valley Plaza Dr Johnson City
